The main reason we have chosen 5 Star because there was no “ pressure sales “ when visiting the showroom and at the initial home visit by Mark the sales representative and the price was competitive.
The grand workers (Richard and his colleague) were polite and did a thorough job.
The installers were very competent and happy to accommodate our special request, i.e. changing and fitting different size of dog flaps.
In overall the full experience with this company was very pleasant and definitely lived up to their name 5 STAR.

The guys that came (Fitting team 8) were great. Fast, friendly & went extra mile to make job even better. My neighbour wants to replace thei conservatory and will recommend.

The staff at 5 star were helpful from the begging of the process to installation. They spent time with me answering any questions and kept me informed all the time. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future.
The men who installed my window and door were lovely and did an excellent job and left my property clean and tidy.

The sales person who visited my home was extremely professional and polite and also very friendly. He explained everything to me in great detail. The fitters were very pleasant and did a first class job.!! Could not fault them. They also left everywhere spotlessly clean. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. Overall above my expectations.

Lyndon was my advisor and he was extremely helpful...
Lyndon was my advisor and he was extremely helpful without any pushy sales technique. Very prompt replying my many questions by email and text. Extremely patient going through the design and again when I visited the showroom. All staff I met in the showroom were very polite, helpful and made me feel as if they genuinely wanted to help and valued my custom.
