Good product. Matched originals very well. Had to chase company as remedial work not recorded. Some mastic filling poor or missed. Otherwise satisfied with work.

The sales person who visited my home was extremely professional and polite and also very friendly. He explained everything to me in great detail. The fitters were very pleasant and did a first class job.!! Could not fault them. They also left everywhere spotlessly clean. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. Overall above my expectations.

Lyndon was my advisor and he was extremely helpful without any pushy sales technique. Very prompt replying my many questions by email and text. Extremely patient going through the design and again when I visited the showroom. All staff I met in the showroom were very polite, helpful and made me feel as if they genuinely wanted to help and valued my custom. Product good but a number of issues on the way largely due to poor organisation which seems to revolve around the needs of your company rather than the needs of the customer. These issues have been registered already. Mark Platt is an asset for your company. 2 things still outstanding: Waiting for the correct hinges to be fitted to the front door Has the introduce a friend £50 payment been made to Debbie Holt?

We were very impressed with five star from their initial first visit right up to the finish of our conservatory. We were particularly impressed with all of our contact with Mark who checked everything was what we were expecting and took care of any issues straight away. The tradesmen they used were very friendly and completed the work to a very high standard. We were particularly impressed with Richard and Lee who completed the initial groundwork and brick laying and the electrician Sam, all of whom were extremely polite and hard working throughout their time with us. The plasterers also did a very good job and completed the job quickly. Every step of the way we were involved in the decision making and were fully informed of what would happen next. We are extremely pleased with our new room and cant wait to start using it.

excellent job, start to finish

Very pleased with our new conservatory and the se vice f on 5 Star. We do however wish the workmen had protected our quarry tile floor whilst they worked. It was open to the elements and was scuffed and scratched from the work debris and their work boots. We continue to try to polish out the marks.

My old cottage is listed and so I was very restricted in what I could do regarding replacement windows. Ian was marvellous and discussed all options with me. He listened to me and answered all my queries. His advice and guidance was a great comfort and the solution we came up with has been unbelievably successful and has transformed the comfort levels in my home. I was very concerned about making the right decision and he gave me total reassurance. The lads who came to fit the windows (in the most appalling weather conditions) were super polite, efficient and tidy. Everybody at the company - from the girl answering the phone, through the sales team, fitters and accounts lady were a delight to deal with. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the goods and the results. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else and I only wish that their standard of customer service was shared by other trades in the locality. It's all about good communication and doing what you say you are going to do and that's what Mitchells have off to a fine art.
