It's not very often I give anyone 5 stars for everything but Hazlemere Group gave a top service from start to finish. The finished product is excellent. Every member of staff including the fitters were informative, polite and thorough.

Overall very happy but communication on the whole wasn't great. Changes we made weren't communicated, if they couldn't come for whatever reason, there was no communication. Project manager, as far as we were concerned, wasn't very good. Only visited the site once, once the job was completed, told me & my wife different things and generally, didn't come across as needed; was easier to speak directly to customer services who were brilliant and didn't just argue with you when you rang up with a concern. Would definitely recommend 5Star (already recommended to several neighbours who have used them); we weren't 'sold' a conservatory, they listened to what we wanted, helped come up with a solution and gave us plenty of options. Really really happy with the finished conservatory, great customer service (just don't bother with the project manager, speak to the office directly!) and we've now got a fattastic conservatory to enjoy :)

After sales service is the property I have experienced. I have had to do all the chasing to get poor workmanship rectified.
