I just wanted to write to say how pleased we are with our new window installation and in particular to praise the team of installlers. Jim, Michael, Dean and Tony were a pleasure to have around, they did a fantastic job. Jim and Michael were tidy and helpful throughout the week they were with us and didn't leave until each window was neatly finished and clean. And tony's brickwork was fantastic, despite the difficulty in find matching bricks. My husband and I hope that you can find a way of rewarding the team as they went above and beyond what we expected. No complaints at all. The tradesmen all worked...
No complaints at all. The tradesmen all worked hard and were helpful and courteous. The price was higher than we expected.

Excellent service from salesperson and workmen....
Excellent service from salesperson and workmen. Poor communication in office - wrong date for fitting, spent 2 days annual leave, preparing lounge for work doing - never turned up!!! No scaffolding delivered, so work took 2 days, one window opens the wrong way.
