The communication and aftercare service was terrible. Jobs that should have been organised and sorted were delayed. The job was quoted to take 4 weeks and took 2 months to complete. We feel we should not have had to all the final ammount due to the months of disruption and days wasted waiting in for people who did not turn up.

Our two man team of fitters worked very hard and fast to fit all of our windows in in one day put perhaps a little too fast as they damaged the walls under our window ledges in a couple of places!!

I totally we were appointed a operations manager...
I totally we were appointed a operations manager and went for long periods of hearing nothing about our project. I was then informed that this person had left the company and was assigned a new operations manager.
Despite the lengthy delay the new operations manager rectified the issue and our project was completed within a matter of weeks. The result is that my wife and I now have a wonderful orangery that will become a playroom for our daughter.
Highly recommended.
