From my initial enquiry through measuring, quoting, installing and replacing a window that cracked (not ERG's fault!), I have had fantastic, fast and friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for top notch products and customer care.

Although initial fitting ok door was faulty, beads cracked and door lock was not working so door and lock replaced but OK now!
