We had new windows fitted on the 6th October....
We had new windows fitted on the 6th October. Apart from the bathroom window the windows look great the quality is good.
Unfortunately we are very unhappy and disappointed with the look of the bathroom window. After the fitters fitted the window they replaced the lost pebble dashing but dashed over the plack sealer down the side of the window. from the outside the finish looks shabby and unfinished.
We have contacted the company and they sent the repair guy out. He will not come out anymore and says there is nothing he can do.
We are still waiting and still unhappy with just one finish to one window. We are embarrassed that Family and friends noticed the finish to the bathroom window straight away.

We did have windows and front door fitted as well...
We did have windows and front door fitted as well as an orangery. The window fitters were extremely helpful, and their workmanship was excellent, even though the communication from the salesperson was not correct. Our conservatory was more of a bespoke fitting, and because of this a few errors occurred during the build, eg. existing walls were not measured correctly, and the flow of the build was delayed a lot. Considering this the glass fitters helped with the adjustments very efficiently, and any problems we have had the company have been quick to respond.

All workmen were efficient & courteous....
All workmen were efficient & courteous. Brickwork- quality of bricks were poor, office staff not very communicative and failed repeatably to call back when confronted with a query, always seemed that nobody of authority was available to deal with a problem.
