The first fitter made a mistake, came back and still didn't fix it. Third time came out and he was brilliant, and fixed the door. Very happy now.

We had a new door fitted, I was very impressed...
We had a new door fitted, I was very impressed with West Yorkshire but would comment as follows :-
A) They sent appointment and fitting details plus their guarantee on plain paper - whatever happened to letter heads?
B)Two of the small windows in the door have a smear on them,which appear to be inside the double glazed unit , West Yorkshire are replacing them but I can't help thinking that it would be more efficient to check the units before they are delivered saving them and me time and money

WYW staff, particularly the fitters, were very polite and tidy, and the end product and fit was terrific. Main issue was with the scaffolders, who damaged our roof and broke an old window that we weren't intending to replace; installation manager Dean could have been more proactive with communications but ultimately we were happy with how he dealt with the scaffolding issue and the replacement window that was provided. We've used WYW before and would do so again.

The whole process was seamless and at a competitive price - Value for money. Ray, Josh and Darren were great during installation, although they did cost me a fortune in tea, but was worth every penny. The job was completed to a high quality and on time.
Allan, Joy and Phil were both very good in initial dealings during Sales/Survey/After Sales. I would, and have already recommended Clearview to others.
Very good to see a professional job done very well indeed.
