Permaframe offered the best customer service and showroom of all the companies we had quote for us and that is ultimately why we went with them. We have not been disappointed throughout the process and will recommend them to others in future. We also plan to use them again when we eventually finish the project.
Both the advisors and fitters were knowledgeable, informative and friendly and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

The fitter extensively damaged wall plaster in my hall and stuck in back with mastic. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until the evening. The following morning I reported my serious concerns to the sales representative in the Bexley office. When I described what the fitter had done he said he agreed with my anger and would sort it out with his colleague. I have not heard from the Bexley office and am of course very angry. Hopefully this obvious lack of concern may be due to the fact I am a widowed pensioner - I really hope not! Prior to installation of my Solidor Composite front door I asked the rep to measure for a storm porch to my front door, unfortunately due to the problems with the installation I will be approaching a different company. This was a totally unacceptable experience.

Replacing patio doors. All staff very professional. Came when they said and did what they said. Wrong handles fitted at factory on doors but the fitter did his best to source replacements and return quickly to fit correct ones.
My only comment (not criticism) would be that the new doors were narrower than those they replaced and the old silicone was left on the brickwork. This was rectified by additional trim after the fit but it would have been useful for the salesman/surveyor to mention this at the start and perhaps suggest ways this could be overcome on completion. other than that very satisfied at the moment.

From first meeting with salesman through to fitting I was completely satisfied with all aspects. Salesman was excellent and not pushy, surveyor was pleasant and efficient, office staff very helpful and courteous, fitters were brilliant.
I would be happy to highly recommend Trademark Windows.
