Thank you for a friendly yet professional service from beginning to end. A no pressure salesman was refreshing, not the cheapest we received but the best value. Phil as always a top rate fitter, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He leaves the house inside and out, clean and tidy. There is no filling and finishing off left to do when he has gone and the windows look great. Thank you!

The initial fit was completed efficiently although the handle was extremely stiff. We reported the fault, having to call twice to get an appointment. The appointment wasn't kept as it had been recorded incorrectly causing inconvenience a good product spoilt by poor communication for after care.

Explanation of window design options could have been better. Communication good by sales but project management no so good took from sept 2017 to april 2018 to get it built. Should have been better. Fitters well experienced.
