From start to finish the lads on site did what...
From start to finish the lads on site did what they said they would do and when they said. The very last installation was the front door with glass either side. The old door was a problem to take out, but the lads kept working until finish at 8.30pm. Altogether they fit 17 windows and 3 doors which included side glass to 2 doors and 2 bay windows.
The salesman Mark also sold me what I asked for and within our budget, unlike TWS who just wanted a fat pay day.
We are currently getting a small conservatory fitted by West Yorkshire Windows.

Eden Windows did a magnificent job on our extension. We are thrilled with the results. All work carried out was to a very high spec. and the various teams from the designing, building, electrical and plastering were exceptional. It was a pleasure having the workmen in our house during the build and we couldn’t fault their commitment and workmanship. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Apart from the salesman coming up with a quote which couldn't be done the rest of the process was pretty good although there was some delay due to the salesman's error. Otherwise very pleased with the installation.

All the work and pricing was excellent. The finished product is to a high standard. We have no complaints in this regard. Our hesitancy is purely around the office processes and the degree to which the sales and admin process is joined up. I suspect that this could be dramatically improved with not too much effort. All this said the end result is great.

Two large windows and one small, plus a new front door. Designer suggested cladding for roof which I'm pleased I accepted. Excellent finish quick and efficient fitting.Very good company called me and kept to commitments they had made.

A perfect and seamless experience from start to finish with the Bi Fold doors. The two man team arrived punctually, introduced themselves and then set about the job in a calm and professional manner.They answered all questions asked and were polite and considerate. The next job for them is the Roof Lantern which is scheduled for the 11th June.Excellent job to date. Very pleased
