The project involved two doors and a window. None...
The project involved two doors and a window. None of the fitting positions were straight forward. The sales team fully understood the requirements including the difficulties and helped us choose from the wide selection, the products we needed. The surveyor made very detailed measurements and notes to aid the fitting team.
The fitting team were excellent, the products fitted correctly and were superbly finished by the team. They cleared up and were considerate and friendly which was very good considering it was the coldest day of the year (November 2018) so far.
They were a credit to the company.
Overall the project went well from start to finish, due to the professionalism of all the staff involved.

Very happy I went with the recommendations from family to use ERG for new windows. Excellent and totally reliable service from initial contact till finish. The disruption was minimal and the attention to detail and quality of service of Billy, John & Donny second to none. Have no qualms recommending ERG to others.

Have dealt with Amber Home Improvements many times and they have always delivered an excellent package. From start to finish always a pleasure to deal with. Fitters arrived early and finished the whole project quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Well done Amber.

Chose floor but then turned out not to be able to...
Chose floor but then turned out not to be able to fit, twice. original date fro installation could not be met and changed floor installed all wrong level & had to be redone despite me telling installation manager it was wrong. Electrics needed redoing as installed incorrectly. Could do with someone checking installation between stages as opposed to leaving to customer.
