Orion's window + door were excellent and well fitted. However - the builder who did the prepatory work was appalling and made a huge mess to the front and back of our home. We refused to pay the bill until it was cleared up.

Staff were well mannered, polite, punctual, and worked in a professional way.
They cleaned up after the days work and left everything tidy when all was completed.
Our overall experience was very positive, leaving us happy with our lovely new conservatory.
Thank you 5 STAR Windows and conservatories.

We've used Orion before & were well pleased which is why we chose them again.
The only reason they fell short on this occasion is because the installers caused minor damages / losses & didn't say anything or apologise to us before leaving
1. Broken tile
2. Damaged door frame
3. Missing screwdriver bit
We know these things can happen but still a little disappointing.
Given our overall experiences with Orion we would still recommend them.

The project was started and finished on the stated date. The fitters we’re confident, punctual and well prepared and did an excellent job.The site of the job was left totally clean and tidy. The surveyor who measured openings earlier again left us with the confidence that careful and thorough preparation had been done. The office staff were pleasant, relaxed and informative, and there was no hint of high pressure selling or phoney incentives. The job was not the cheapest we could have got elsewhere but we feel we got 100 percent value for money. The product is performing well and our home is quieter, warmer and feels very very secure now. The front door and frame is an important feature on on our age of house and the new installation is totally in keeping with it.
