From the first contact with Andrea who advised us on the best possible layout and not the one which would cost more. We felt that the company had our best interests at heart and not the one which would make them more money. The installation was carried out quickly and professionally. The fitter was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best fit for the steps, keeping us up to date with progress each day before he left site. The finished job is neat and tidy. It fits well with the caravan and the environment we are in. Thank You.

We were very happy with the whole process of dealing with '5 Star Windows and Conservatories'. Everything went really smoothly and we could not be happier with our new front door. Excellent all round.

The fitting team were great. They worked extremely hard to get the job done in a day and we were delighted with the quality of their work. We'll definitely be getting quotes from West Yorkshire Windows for future work.

Conservatory fitter excellent grounds workers worked very hard however lack of organisation skills coming at least 36 mts away when other is 2 mts away.. Left to organise unloading of lorry. No return to help with drive and garden clean as promised.

Belatedly, please could you please pass on our thanks to Peter and his varied work colleagues for an excellent job on the windows, soffits, fascias and guttering. Peter’s attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship shows through in the overall appearance of the house - it looks great!

Excellent quality and great service however was expecting a 'sign off' visit after installation to check everything was okay. We have had to chase up snags three times.
