This is second time using 5 star, definitely after first experience would have recommended but after second occasion definitely not due to appaling after sale customer service and no acknowledgement from managing director after complaining about this matter.

I bought bifold doors from Clearview 10 years ago...
I bought bifold doors from Clearview 10 years ago and have had a small number of minor issues, which have always been promptly and courteously remedied, however the doors were bought with a 10 year warranty and that has just expired , so I phoned today expecting to be told that i would have to pay for any repairs , which i was prepared to do , but was told that they won;t support any repairs for windows or doors out of warranty , so I asked if they could recommend anyone locally and they recommended ICE SECURE Property Maintenance who came within 24 hours and repaired and replaced the door handle . I would highly recommend Andy and Clearview.

I am only too happy to recommend Lakeland Verandahs. We had a 20 X 8 ft green decking fitted two years ago. It looks superb – even in the rain! It is easy to care for and only needs an occasional pressure washing by way of maintenance. Additionally, the whole process from initial contact to final fitting was conducted promptly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with our decking and have spent many happy evenings relaxing with a glass of wine – when it doesn’t rain!

Could not be happier with our new windows and door. Fast, efficient installation and you would hardly know anyone had been the installation team were so tidy. Feels like a brand new home now
