The installation was delayed initially due to lcokdown but took place as soon as safe to do so. Better communication on the fitting date re: installers arrival time would have made the experience truly excellent.

We would especially like you to pass on to the management of the fitting department our thanks to the two fitters who performed the installation. They were very professional and a pleasure to meet. They respected social distancing, made the minimum of mess, cleared up after themselves and took great care with the windows. They really were a delight.

Workmanship and attention to detail is second to none
We were introduced to Lakeland Verandahs by Lakeland Leisure following the purchase of our lodge last year and would highly recommend Lakeland Verandahs – their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. From the first meeting with Andrea (of Lakeland Verandahs) she went through all the planning, giving advise on the options available and even took me to another caravan park where I could see their work and speak directly to the owners. The majority of the work and preparation of the decking was completed off site with the making of the sub frame etc – the team of builders were prompt, efficient and tidied everything away on all occasions. The whole process ran smoothly. We are now making the most of the decked areas (when the rain stops) it gives us additional entertaining space and a place to relax and thoroughly enjoy the outdoor life!
