The project was the replacement of an old bedroom window with a new one. The Sales Advisor was really helpful, came to see us out of hours, so we could fit the appointment around work, which was really appreciated.
She was very helpful, gave us a good price and the work was carried out and completed very quickly (despite lockdown getting in the way!). Communication was as good as ever and we're very pleased with the final result. Would highly recommend (and have done!) 5 Star Windows & Conservatories.

This is the first week back after the Covid19...
This is the first week back after the Covid19 shutdown that Bon Accord was working, and we were kept fully informed of the initial delay and restarting process. The team that arrived to fit 10 windows (in 10 different rooms) were very professional and managed well under new Covid19 working guidelines. This is the third big project Bon Accord have done for us over the last 20 years, and we continue to be very satisfied with their work.
