Our project comprised the replacement after 29 years of 19 conventional wooden casement windows, 3 doors and 1 patio door with modern uPVC units and a composite front door. The order for the work was placed with Bon Accord Glass (BAG) in mid-March 2020, manufacture was completed in May but installation was delayed until late July due to the ongoing pandemic; an excellent achievement given the various restrictions in place throughout the period. All seven tradesmen who were engaged on the installation worked competently and efficiently completing the work tidily and professionally. We were impressed by the punctuality and work ethic of all joiner, painter and builder tradesmen, leaving no room for any complaint on our part. A couple of minor glitches were quickly and seamlessly remedied. We would have no hesitation in recommending Conservatory Outlet windows and New World doors, and BAG’s installation work to others.

Despite the February floods and then the Corona Virus the finished product is great.Building work, installation and internal fitting teams were very proffessional. The only minor negative was the delay with doing snagging plasterwork and confusion over supply and fitting of skirtingboard. These however were sorted. The final result has added an excellent extionsion to our open plan loung/dining room. Great Job guys.

I recently had cause to contact Eden Windows with regard to a problem with my Orangery. My enquiry was responded to within a couple of hours and an appointment booked for the following week to address the issue. I can honestly say that their after care is second to none.
