We initially enquired about having an orangery built at the start of lockdown. We made some initial enquiries but what we liked was that we were not pestered by the sales team. We were given time to really consider what we wanted and the team left it to us to contact them when it suited us.
We were invited in for an appointment which was made so we were the only ones in the showroom, as this was still when the lockdown was in place. Despite the difference in how this was done, we were made to feel welcome and every step of the process was clearly explained to us before we went of what to expect.
Every single member of the team we encountered - both in the showroom and the people who came to our home to do work - were friendly and polite and made us feel we had made the the right decision in choosing ClearView.
Despite there being problems with the company getting items due to the restrictions of lockdown, the process ran smoothly and we were impressed by how quickly things were done. If we found minor issues as the build was commencing, the company were quick to speak with us and come out and make sure everything was to our standard, as well as theirs.
We love our new orangery and cannot recommend ClearView enough to prospective new customers.

Our concept has been turned into an excellent additional room through careful consideration, survey and drawing. The quality of the work from foundations to frame and glass to electrical work to plastering is excellent. Every member of the team whether that was direct employee or sub-contractor has been polite, friendly and professional, and taken extra care of health and safety during the pandemic. We experienced delays to supply of some roof parts though this wasn't all down to Eden. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and the overall project management. At times we were left with no idea of next stages, and had to chase more than I would have expected. This has meant gaps between the various stages of build and completion that could have been smoother and quicker. Not all of this was down to pandemic restrictions. But overall the finished conservatory is excellent, built to high standards of workmanship and quality product including the composite decking to finish off the outside.

Organised towards the end of the first lockdown via the Internet, and design finalised at the showroom once we were able. The project then started in August, the punctuality of all the workers was excellent and although a waste water pipe caused a bit of a hiccup, the whole project was completed in a timely manner.
Could not fault the workmen, all friendly, polite and worked within the Covid guidelines. The Office based support was also brilliant.
The completed extension is beautiful and the Gable end window is stunning.

From start to finish the service was excellent with one exception. Once the surveyor had been and measured up, we received no further communication regarding an installation date. We had to chase up and contact the sales rep to ask when installation would take place. Other than this, I could not fault Bon Accord Glass.

My neighbour Brian Middleton dealt with the ordering etc which saved all the hassle. Great communication, installation and customer service. I love our new door.
