Trademark recently replaced our front door and glass side panels which we could not be happier with, the quality of the door and the installers workmanship is excellent. Their customer service is second to none and starts from the initial sales meeting all the way through to installation and beyond. I'd heard good things about Trademark windows and decided to use them to replace our old patio door and window for a new sliding double doors. From the initial contact to the full installation (which happened sooner than we expected) the service we received was excellent - and we cannot fault the product. We had twelve windows and 2 doors fitted in a four day period and are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. The fitters worked so hard including during a torrential downpour and were so professional at all times. They had numerous difficult situations to deal with including hanging tiles on both the front and back of the property, windows over pitched roofs but nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly delighted, would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.  

I was very happy with the process followed from Sales to installation and follow up regarding a couple of minor issues. Although time will tell, the quality of the product seems very good. I would recommend TradeMark to others.

I don’t usually give reviews; however, my experience with trademark was such that in their case I will make an exception.  After an enormous amount of research (in a sector that regrettably has a large number of questionable operators), I approached TradeMark for new windows, front door and patio bi-folds.  Right from the start things felt credible and professional.  The salesman was highly knowledgeable with no hint of a ‘hard sell’ – in essence, his pitch was here is a great product from a well-established company that prides itself on delivering quality at a fair price.  The fitting team (in-house, which is very important!) were outstanding and were only interested in getting things right.  After installation there was a glitch with the window product which was outside of TradeMark’s control and this is where the company really showed its metal.  An enormous of effort was expended by TradeMark’s owner and the manufacturer such that the problem was resolved quickly and entirely to my satisfaction – not sure you would get this sort of response from anyone else.  In summary, use the guys with total confidence.   

Found the company from a recommendation which didn’t disappoint. Quick to respond to enquiry and give a valuation. Realistic on the time frame for ordering and good responses to communication. 

Fitters were excellent. Quick and tidy and gave easy to understand answers to my questions. We were able to plan the fitting around meetings so I could carry on with my work. 

Responded to my initial enquiry in a timely and friendly manner, initial visit was informative rather than pushy, we knew what we wanted/needed and the sales representative was able to present some options and listened to what we wanted and provided a matching quote within 24 hours. Price was in more or less in line with 2 other quotes we had and whilst not the cheapest or the shortest lead-time, they were the least pushy and most honest. Follow up survey was conducted swiflty to allow production to begin and windows arrived at the start of the week that we were advised when placing our order. Fitting was arranged and completed with relative ease. The only issue we had was a small scratch on one of the glass panels that we noticed after install was completed but called the office to make them aware, shared a photo and was advised they would order the new glazing and be back to fit it as soon as it arrived - all replaced easily within 2 weeks. Very happy with the windows and the service. Would recommend.

We are really happy with our new doors and windows throughout our house. The installers were excellent, always arrived and left as predicted, and were more than helpful in answering any questions we had. We are extremely pleased with the products themselves. My new front door from TradeMark has transformed my house! My old door was wooden and became swollen when it rained, making it very hard to open and close. My new composite door opens and closes like a dream and feels incredibly secure. The service from TradeMark was exceptional from start to finish.
