We approached TradeMark Windows because our nextdoor neighbour had used them and the windows looked amazing on her period property. The service we received from the original quote to instillation, which was less than a month in total, was top notch.
My only slight grumble was the amount of broken glass from our old windows that was left in our flower boarders. 
Overall though, I would have no reservations with recommending TradeMark Windows and I will use them again for a couple of smaller windows at the back of the property in the future. 

The process was very easy and they were quick to complete the work. There was a small mishap where a bit of the door wasn't attached properly but once we called it was very quickly sorted, so really appreciated that service! Only reason not giving 5 stars was because it had been missed in first instance but as said very quickly rectified and everything else went smoothly keeping 4 stars!

They listened to some specific requirements and met the brief. Adam even sourced a new locking mechanism, which is appreciated.

The replacement door look great, I am very pleased.

Only minor whinge is the delay on installation, but only a minor moan.

The new patio doors look smart and a much cleaner, brighter look than the old ones. The finish wall to window was very neat. Slightly disappointed that the height of the threshold was not lowered as discussed. The surveyor refused to take his shoes off when asked to walk over our carpet so only viewed from outside. So maybe missed this although I’d have hoped it was on the sale notes. 

Trademark are an excellent company to have your windows replaced with. very professional with experienced fitters. The only downside is that having windows replaced could lead to additional brick dust in the rooms, but on the whole I would fully recommend their services

We had a new back door and a front door with decorative glass and glass side panels. The product is well made and sturdy, the service was professional and the fitters were polite and efficient. The pricing is straightforward with none of the discount games that other companies use. The only reason for four stars rather than five, is that the glass pattern on the side panels was horizontal where it should have been vertical, but this was put right quite promptly so overall we are very happy with the job and would use them again

Good experience from start to completion,sales team were very good,not at all pushy,installation teams were excellent,punctual,friendly and very professional,would recommend Trademark.

From first meeting with salesman through to fitting I was completely satisfied with all aspects. Salesman was excellent and not pushy, surveyor was pleasant and efficient, office staff very helpful and courteous, fitters were brilliant. I would be happy to highly recommend Trademark Windows.

Trademark Windows have built our Orangery. All of their staff were punctual, well mannered, considerate and thorough professional. Quality of work was good and communication clear. Work was carried in time as per the schedule conveyed to us. Will recommend them to our friends.
