We had all our windows and doors replaced last year by a national window company. It was done to an awful standard and was an terrible experience knowing your home has been damaged and you are worse off than before the work started.

Trademark came to our rescue repairing damage, replacing all our windows and doors to a good standard and making our home weatherproof and warm. Their experience shown in repairing damage and putting in lintels where our brickwork was collapsing was excellent, they also had to contend with interior damages and again worked with us to achieve the best possible finish so we were happy. The team were lovely and helpful throughout and a pleasure to have around the house. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

The new patio doors look smart and a much cleaner, brighter look than the old ones. The finish wall to window was very neat. Slightly disappointed that the height of the threshold was not lowered as discussed. The surveyor refused to take his shoes off when asked to walk over our carpet so only viewed from outside. So maybe missed this although I’d have hoped it was on the sale notes.

Conservatory refurbishment carried out January 2023. It was a positive experience with thanks to Trademark and their contractors regarding electrics and plastering. It will take a year to find out if it was worth it but so far: so good.

A row of soldier bricks over the top of our large front room window had dropped due to a lack of a lintel. This concerned us and at the same time we were looking to replace this window and an upstairs window. We made contact with Trademark.
They responded immediately - propped up the brickwork and set in motion an estimate for the work.
The work is now all complete - all done by Trademark's excellent staff.
The first visit saw a highly professional repair to the brickwork and an installation of a lintel. The second visit on the third day resulted in two brand new Chartwell Green windows fitted with a minimum of fuss and mess. We love them and have had many glowing comments from residents in the road.28607

Trademark replaced all our windows a couple of months ago. The whole process was hassle free and simple. They quoted sensibly (without fake offers/pressure selling) and turned up when they said they would. We chose them over a competitor as the energy efficiency of their windows was higher. I love my new front doors, its Bright yellow and stands out from all the rest, the fitters were very helpfully indeed as were all the staff and so far every one that walks past just has to look especially in the sun shine as it glows, its a perfect fit with no draught's and i love it.

We are thrilled with the work that Trademark have done. Their team are prompt and always clear up each day. The build is exceptional and if we have any queries the team are on hand to deal with it.
