    Very happy, but surprised that some of the windows...

    Very happy, but surprised that some of the windows supplied had to have the glazing inserted by the fitters rather than being fitted at source. The company was excellent throughout, the only delay being caused by the planning process, which is out of their control.

    Excellent service from all staff, friendly but professional throughout. Have used Mitchell's before and appreciate their approach and products, no hard sell or hours being bombarded with "special offers"!! Delighted with new Windows and doors, would recommend Mitchell's to others.

    new front and rear door fitted.everything very good.had to get 2 call backs for minor adjustments and a new lock barrel after doors had settled

    Our project had its problems to be honest, 1...

    Our project had its problems to be honest, 1 Architect, 2 insufficient detail by Surveyor of existing conservatory, causing unneeded wrangling with Mitchell`s !! Finished job looks good & I sincerely hope it will last a long time without any problems. Mitchell`s staff are all very good 100% to them, management need to listen to the people on the ground when there is a problem. B. McLeod.
