Thank you all at County for the wonderful completion of our orangery. It was quite a project but it was completed just as we had wanted from the that first visit to your Heathfield showroom. A special thanks to John for overseeing the work and to many great chaps we have had the pleasure to meet...Kev, Steve, Graham, James, Jason and Jack and Richard to name a few. I am writing to thank you for the installation of our fire replacement windows. They were completed over two days, 22nd and 23rd January. We had used your company previously for the rest of our windows over 8 years ago which still look good. I wanted to specifically thank and mention Kevin and Ryan. They were very helpful especially in choosing the edges for the windows giving me advice and options. They kept me informed and involved in decisions that needed to be made. They were polite and cheerful and did exactly what they promised. I was very impressed by the high standard of craftmanship and they left everything clean and tidy. When I unfortunately disturbed some sealant they made it good when they returned the next day. The result is a very satisfied customer; grateful for their excellent standard of work with fantastic customer service. The new windows are warm, bright and fit well with our existing ones. We shall certainly recommend you to others and once again thank you.

Dear Dean, Following completion of the install of our new Evolution windows and french doors, we wanted to feed back to you how pleased we are with the outcome. The quality and appearance of the product is very good and the final result is all that we wished for. It is a big improvement to our home. The service we have received from County has been very good throughout. We particularly appreciated the way we were always made aware of exactly how things would be done and the plan of when things would be done and any schedules were either adhered to or bettered. From the first moment we walked into your Heathfield showroom, the whole process was easy, professional and efficient. Special mention must go to your installers, Pete and Liam, whose workmanship and attention to detail is very good indeed. They were calm, courteous, friendly and most respectful of our home. Aside from a couple of items that needed to be re-ordered, the job was completed on schedule and with minimum disruption. Pete always kept us updated with current progress and the plan for the following day, so we were able to organise our home around the work. We are still amazed at how much they achieved in the time and the standard of the finish is excellent. I think every project presents its own small unexpected difficulties and ours was no exception although any issues were minimal and speedily resolved, which I always feel is the true measure of a good company. The only problem worthy of any note concerns a tiled window ledge but after discussing various options with ourselves, Pete creatively implemented a solution which we feel is an improvement, so we thank him for that. I should also mention that after some heavy rain overnight I jokingly apologised to Pete the next day that a gutter full of Autumn leaves had splashed water over one of his freshly installed windows. When Liam was next up the ladders, he cleared the gutter for us! That is definitely above and beyond what anyone would expect, so thanks also to Liam. Following our experience with County, we would have no hesitation in calling upon your services in the future.

The lady we met in the Southborough branch was lovely and was able to show us a wide array of products. Bertrand Dupont then came around to meet us at home, take measurements and give us more detail about the options that were available to us. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to make decisions quickly. The surveyor came shortly after we decided to proceed with an order and was very efficient and professional. The two gentlemen who installed our front door were very charming and did an excellent job! They were clean and tidy throughout and a pleasure to have working in our home for the day. We are very pleased with the end result and feel that the whole process from planning through to installation went very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family based on professionalism, price, good workmanship and quality of the product/installation.

Dear Sirs, We would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased we are with the products. we are pleasantly surprised at how well they blend with the windows and doors already in place in other rooms in the house. We would also like to say how pleased we are with the fitter Jimmy. He was punctual, conscientious, thorough and always polite. He caused minimum disruption and made sure that any mess was cleared away at the end of the job. we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Just a note to say thank you for installing the replacement timber windows.......they are just what we required and hoped for. The installation team, Kevin and Ryan were polite, efficient, tidy and completed the job in record time.
