Jim, Michael, Dean and Tony were a pleasure to have around, they did a fantastic job. Jim and Michael were tidy and helpful throughout the week they were with us and didn't leave until each window was neatly finished and clean. And tony's brickwork was fantastic, despite the difficulty in find matching bricks. My husband and I hope that you can find a way of rewarding the team as they went above and beyond what we expected. I just wanted to thank you formally for all the time you have spent on making sure our conservatory and patio turned out to live up to our dreams and it has, in fact, surpassed our expectations. I appreciate it is no mean feat to get everything happening at the right time! I am so happy with the quality of the build and your's and the team's attention to detail. Everyone was very professional, polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better team. In fact, right from entering the County shop in Southborough the service has been excellent.

I am very pleased to report that the doors look superb and without doubt better than we had dared hoped. This was due in no small part to your fantastic installer team. Ours was never going to be a straightforward project, the house is early 1930s and has had little structurally done to the main fabric since it was constructed. Due to the skilled craftsmanship of Jim and Michael they overcame, without drama, the inevitable challenges that the installations posed. And they did so with a truly keen eye for detail, with attention paid to even the smallest facet of the finish. Throughout, they kept us both fully appraised of progress and made sure we were given the necessary information to allow us to select surrounds, trims etc.

Delighted; the windows and door have transformed the look of the front elevation. It looks magnificent.
