    I'm writing to thank County for an excellent job...

    I'm writing to thank County for an excellent job on replacing the windows of my cottage. This week Ryan and Tyler replaced timber windows in my cottage's bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and porch. They have done a fantastic job and have been polite, helpful tidy and thoughtful. They worked fast and carefully and the quality of what they have done is great. Its not an easy job as the cottage was built in the early 1800s and nothing here was straight of square before my lovely new windows! Next week I'm going to be working away while you rebuild my bay window and add new windows. I would normally never be away when building work is going on but based in the the service I have received this week, I am reassured that all will be fine. Please do pass my thanks on to Ryan and Tyler for a job very well done so far. Your sincerely

    We recently ordered 3 doors and decided to go with 2 premium products we are hoping the installation would match the product quality and were naturally feeling apprehensive. We are writing to say how impressed we were with the installation job that Kevin and Mitchell did for us. The skill and care on display was impressive and they were organised and considerate throughout. We were delighted with the final finish / make good, which was exceptional. Well done to the team!     Our front door was installed today and we would...

    Our front door was installed today and we would like to say how pleased we are with the front door and the team that installed it - Tyler and Ryan. They were great and nothing was too much trouble and the installation was first class. It was a pleasure to have them on site.     I just want to say what a marvellous job County...

    I just want to say what a marvellous job County have done for us: the replacement windows for my daughter’s bedroom look terrific, fit perfectly, and were installed quickly, efficiently and with great courtesy. We are absolutely delighted and will have hesitation neither in commissioning County again nor in recommending you to others.     Although we have not yet completed our...

    Although we have not yet completed our installation, I would just like to pass on our appreciation for the manner in which your fitters conducted themselves during the installation of our windows. They were polite and courteous at all times, making sure that we were informed and aware of the impact their work was going to have on us each day. This along with their attention to detail, making sure we were happy with the installation and most importantly explaining the options on how the window could be finished. It was a pleasure having them on site and would recommend them as a team to any future client and ask you forward on this e-mail to their supervisor/line manager. Best regards,

    Further to the last of our windows being installed...

    Further to the last of our windows being installed this week, I would like to highlight the professional service given by Kevin and Ryan. The windows themselves are a fantastic product, which is why we have waited to be able to afford to finish the house off in all the same units. The workmanship shown by Kevin and Ryan however is also second-to-none which is why I specifically requested them to be our fitters. There is no ‘that’ll do’ attitude, they are polite and friendly and they always leave the site clean and tidy. Please pass our thanks on to them again…

    Dear Sir / Madam I have recently purchased a new timber front door from your company. I have felt the need to put pen to paper to tell you how muuch I have been impressed by the process from chouice to fitting. All I have dealth with have been most professional , indeed outstanding ambassadors for your firm. In particular, I would wish to thank once again Keith and Ryan, who fitted the door and frame.     I would like to say how please we are with our new...

    I would like to say how please we are with our new windows and porch. The fitters, Liam and Jack, completed the installation in a very timely manner and were courteus, polite and hard working. The work area was kept tidy at all times and the fitters left no mess or trace when they left.
