Let us down at the end. Poor communication I recommended another customer, who took up there company as well. Promised £25 M&S voucher but did not receive. Had £25 off bill. I wanted my voucher.

Overall really pleased with the product. However, communication between managers, tradespersons and customer was poor throughout build phase. The only dates we were given were date of groundwork starting and date installation starting. The rest of the time we often were informed at very short notice (a call night before) to inform of arrival following day requiring access to house. There were a number of instances of this nature throughout build. When both partners work this simply isn't practical. Personally i don't think the trades people are to blame (once on site they were polite and hardworking) I think there are too many projects running concurrently or too few trades people employed. It was a continuing frustration throughout the project and would be something I would be sure to mention to anyone considering purchasing with Clear view.

Overall we are very happy with our orangery. It looks really nice and was done on time.
