Clearview replaced an old cold conservatory with a new conservatory usable the year round. The work was completed to a very high standard. The installers building the conservatory were always friendly and informative of the work being carried out. Very pleased with the end product.

Product is faultless brilliant, however, the after sales service could be much better. Handles on patio doors putting were still waiting for the replacements, new windows fitted in April only finished off in August as not all fittings supplied at the time of fitting. Wait weeks for engineers after appointment made for snags. I’m having an extension built and I’ll be getting Clearveiw in to fit my doors and windows as the product is quality.

Clearview did a good job on my kitchen roof extension. They were prompt and polite at every stage. I am very pleased with the finished product which has enhanced my kitchen area. Thank you for a great service

I honestly would of given clearview 5 stars,...
I honestly would of given clearview 5 stars, except for a minor issue regarding customer services. All the staff have been marvellous and very well mannerd. They are also very clean in their work space. Our orangery is amazing and we would definitely use clearview again. All I ask is that the communication between the company and the customer is improved slightly! Keep customers in the loop and they will be far happier. Many thanks clearview for improving our home.

Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit...
Unfortunately engineer had to return and refit doors, sealing strips and put in external insulation around frames. Vents ordered but not manufactured. Door handles wrong colour. One of the sealed units has a foreign body between the glass panes and is in the process of being replaced.
We were highly recommended to your firm and it's sad that an excellent product and service has been let down by not following manufacturing quality control and mediocre fitting. This has left us very disappointed in your company

Fitters excellent. Wrong glass on bathroom window. Stipolite provided when chantily was ordered. We decided to keep stipolite.

Very poor communication between trades +...
Very poor communication between trades + ourselves. No time line given. Felt tasks/ jobs were rushed at times leaving small detail touch-ups. We're very pleased with our orangery but this was let down by sub-contractors.
