    Arrived too early without warning about 7:30am....

    Arrived too early without warning about 7:30am. Friendly workmen. Work was completed much quicker than expected. A final check of the work done would have been a good idea and may have saved the workmen returning the following day to complete the work. On discovering the glass units next to the door had been ordered wrong, the customer service was really good. The new ones were ordered and installed a few weeks later without any issue. Really happy with my new windows and the new door looks really great. Thank you.

    The lead times given at placing order were...

    The lead times given at placing order were incorrect, in reality they were doubled. Communication of when the job would start, duration etc, was poor, especially by other trades.
