Roy and Kris, supported by Mike spent just over a week doing a full window and door installation in our 30 year old house.  The guys worked very hard, long hours and were very professional, polite and tidy.  We couldn’t fault the service at all.

I needed replacement French windows and a front door.
The order process was good, no hard sell, clear information.
The installation team were on time, courteous and hard working. They respected the property, laying dust sheets inside and out and cleaned up exceptionally well.
I was shown how each door worked, locked and how to get extra keys.
I am delighted with the product, more light, more security and a lot more insulation.
Only a manufacturing glitch meant that one glazing unit needed to be replaced. It was ordered before it was drawn to my attention.
If the onward service continues like this I'll be very pleased.
