In the midst of COVID-19 lockdown having looked at my existing dining room door a lot...I decided I wanted to get new French doors for the room. So as soon as things were open at the beginning of June I called and asked for a quote - a sales person came out to talk over the options/colours etc. once agreed, we had a joiner out to do full measurements a few days later - then I got a call to say they would be able to fit on the 17th July. 2 fitters arrived at 8 am as agreed and were gone by 10.35 with no mess, no waste - leaving me with lovely new doors. From start to finish the service was spot on, polite, friendly and efficient from all the people I spoke with and were involved I know it is only a little project but it has made a huge difference to my dining room and I am delighted. Thank you.

ALL the Bon Accord sales team and on-site workers were excellent. We initially had five companies price the job. Bon Accord was very competitive and once we met Ian we decided to use them. We were not disappointed. Communication, effective planning and a flexible approach to the job ensured our confidence throughout the process. The sales advisor was great and to the point - I didn’t feel pressured and explained options etc. Raymon and Robert who fitted the windows were lovely, kind and did a great job. The builder was lovely and did too! Everyone I have dealt with has been amazing and so lovely and I would highly recommend. The cleaning after was good, but I did have to go around after to finish (remove excess outside and marks etc). I know they are busy and did spend time cleaning after they finished. Thank you to the workmen - they were really professional and friendly and it really put me at ease. They are a credit to the company!

The actual project was a kitchen design and installation, however, this is not given as an option. We found that the all round service provided by Bon Accord was excellent, starting from the initial site visit, the design stage through to the installation and final product. All the tradesmen (Both contracted and sub-contracted) were extremely professional and diligent in their work. As with all projects there were a couple of minor build issues that had to be worked around, but, these were quickly dealt with and with the minimum of fuss. The materials and electrical appliances are top quality and the whole package was competitively priced. The overall project management was a very high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very professional service received from the initial consultation, the workmanship and service. Ours was the first job since restrictions were relaxed since lockdown, the staff were particular with additional health and safety measures that had been put in place. A job well done from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

This is the first week back after the Covid19 shutdown that Bon Accord was working, and we were kept fully informed of the initial delay and restarting process. The team that arrived to fit 10 windows (in 10 different rooms) were very professional and managed well under new Covid19 working guidelines. This is the third big project Bon Accord have done for us over the last 20 years, and we continue to be very satisfied with their work.
