Very impressed throughout with everyone I dealt with at Bon Accord Glass.

The door was fitted but it didn't shut properly and the finish round the door was very messy. It was inspected and Bon accord agreed it was very messy so a tradesman was sent back to fix it. They also removed the door and re-hung it so it now shuts better (although still needs slammed which I am not sure is normal?)
There was certainly no problem in getting these problems fixed and it was done quickly. The salesman was very good and helpful. The only issue I would have with the service was the fitters.

I've had Bon Accord Glass install my conservatory and more recently my windows and doors and planning a new kitchen with them too.




I find dealing with them a very pleasant smooth, stress-free experience. From the advisors and sales people to the fitters and tradesmen, the whole team have a very customer focused attitude and there is no pressure at any stage of the process, the customer is always in charge of the outcome.

During the installations, the workmen were flexible and pleasant to allow myself and my daughter to continue working from him during this time of covid and worked tirelessly through all weathers to get the job done and finished in the time they said they would. Very happy customer with the experience and recommend Bon Accord to friends all the time !

However communication was very poor from the start we always had to chase them for information. We had no shows and job half finished and we had to chase and get answers regarding what was happening. A pity because the windows look great but we did not need the extra stress chasing up all the time.

Very pleased with the completed job, carried out on time to a very high standard, by two very good joiners.

Everyone we met from Bon Accord glass has been friendly and helpful. The joiners left the house very tidy at the end of each day. The whole installation process was very smooth with minimal inconvenience
