The whole process went smoothly. I made an early change to the specification, and this was done willingly and promptly. The fitters arrived slightly late because of an overrun on their previous job, but the work was carried out efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. I was shown how to operate the door and lock.

Cannot fault bon accord glass and in particular the 2 joiners we had at our property , was a big job ,had them for almost 2 weeks , they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional at the installation and high finish we expected

This is my second round of renewing all windows and doors in the house due to there being lots of windows we have done it in stages.
Bon Accord Glass were chosen for reputation and did not fail to live up to it. The staff were efficient and knowledgeable from quoting to finishing.
The quality of the work of the installation guys was awesome, same lads that did round one 3 years ago, quick and very tidy. I look forward to round 3 to complete the house.

We were in urgent need of replacement large windows. Bon Accord Glass were first to respond and the service we got from them was superb. The installation team were first class & we have ended up with a high quality replacement set of windows. Highly recommend them

We have had a new composite front door and glazed side panels fitted by Bon Accord Glass. There was a human error made with the sizing of the door that was discovered during the first installation visit. The smaller door was fitted on a temporary basis whilst the correct size was re-ordered. This worked fine for a few weeks.

A few days ago the correct door was fitted efficiently in about 3 hours. We are very happy with it and the service provided despite the initial dissappointment. Very happy to use Bon Accord again for any window and door work.

We are delighted with our new front door and windows. The joiners arrived promptly, were very polite and cleaned up any mess very efficiently. The attention to detail was excellent and exactly what we required. A vent was wrong but they came back a few days later with a replacement. I have used other glazier companies in the past but wouldn't hesitate in using BonAccord Glaziers in the future.

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. Installation team were very friendly and helpful and left no mess. Upon completing the install they noticed scratches on 2 of the windows that I didn't even see and arranged for new panes to be ordered and will be fitted soon. overall very happy with the whole service package.

We had two new doors installed by Bon Accord Glass and the service was very good. We were given a lot of choice in choosing what doors we wanted, and the whole process from start to finish was very easy and stress free. The two guys that came round to install the doors were friendly and efficient.
