Every one of the teams involved in the Building work were 1st class in their conduct, professionalism, and finished work, including the "snag" man. We are delighted at the build.

However we were very disappointed in the attitude of the customer service we received. It seems like the customer is always wrong unless proved otherwise. I suggest certain members are put on a customer service course.
Also, I would like to know why the "Test Dig" (if one was carried out!) didn't reveal the extra work and cost involved before work commenced.

Really good company to work with and the fitters are very professional with the installation work which is done without disruption to owners or neighbours and the site is left clean and tidy.

This is our second set of windows ordered and installed by Bon Accord. On both occasion the have turned up on time and carried out the replacements with very little up heavily . The go above to ensure the work is completed to the highest standard and customer is happy. I will use again

We are delighted with our conservatory and porch, built by the team at Visual Conservatories. Everyone involved in the projects has been friendly, professional and efficient. A great product at a competitive price, supported by good customer service.

Old front door taken out and new front door fitted, all within a couple of hours by fitters John and Dan. Excellent service provided by both fitters who showed how experienced they were in the way they carried out the installation. Very tidy after they finished the job and there was no mess left whatsoever. We had windows replaced by Pennine some 20 plus years ago and it is good to see that skilled workmanship has been maintained.

The most positive aspect is the finished product but the process of getting there was difficult to say the least. There were several accidents/problems and although they were eventually corrected, the communication between the office, ourselves and the contractors was very poor. We were given dates for work to take place, when no-one turned up and although this was to be expected due to the pandemic, there was no contact from the office to advise us of this, meaning we stayed in all day expecting someone to turn up when they did not. In discussion with a director from 5 star, he did explain that they are going through an expansion phase and were making system improvements. There was also some goodwill shown to us due to acceptable deviations from the contract. However, we would recommended using 5-star based on the finished product but they certainly need to improve their management systems.

From the service and planning in the showroom, to the surveyor and the fitters it is a brilliant company to deal with. Prices are competitive and the products are excellent. They have good ideas and solutions and don't try and push the sale. The fitters themselves are brilliant and turn up bang on time and work quickly and tidy up so well after themselves. have used them twice in the last year for windows and patio doors and will use them again for other work in the near future.

Very happy with the work that was carried out, workmen worked very hard in snowy conditions and did a great job of the roofline. 

The work was excellent, sales and info from the office most professional. I am extremely pleased with the work done and the end result. Praise to Toby and team for the work on-site. Superb.

We have received just what we had hoped for.The project was to replace ageing wooden cladding on the top storey of a three storey house, plus a new window. The quality of the work was first class and has definitely improved the look of our property along with eradicating any future need for painting in years to come.




The reason for only 4 stars is simple. Everything carried out by 5 Star was of the highest standard from start to finish. Just a small problem with scaffolding, which was resolved amicably prevented 5 stars.
All of the staff at 5 Star were very professional and courteous with particular mention to the fitting team. A definite recommend.

Just had all the windows and doors replaced. The customer service was excellent and hassle free from start to finish. The fitters did a brilliant job with very little remedial decoration required. All the staff were polite and courteous and phoned or visited when they said they would. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the installation.

I would highly recommend trademark. After receiving numerous quotes from third party companies, a family friend suggested trademark and we are very happy with the results. We had new windows throughout and a back door fitted. The quote was very fair, the windows were ready on time and the installation crew were brilliant.
