We have received just what we had hoped for.The project was to replace ageing wooden cladding on the top storey of a three storey house, plus a new window. The quality of the work was first class and has definitely improved the look of our property along with eradicating any future need for painting in years to come.




The reason for only 4 stars is simple. Everything carried out by 5 Star was of the highest standard from start to finish. Just a small problem with scaffolding, which was resolved amicably prevented 5 stars.
All of the staff at 5 Star were very professional and courteous with particular mention to the fitting team. A definite recommend.

Just had all the windows and doors replaced. The customer service was excellent and hassle free from start to finish. The fitters did a brilliant job with very little remedial decoration required. All the staff were polite and courteous and phoned or visited when they said they would. Very pleased with the quality of the products and the installation.

I would highly recommend trademark. After receiving numerous quotes from third party companies, a family friend suggested trademark and we are very happy with the results. We had new windows throughout and a back door fitted. The quote was very fair, the windows were ready on time and the installation crew were brilliant.

We have a 1930s semi detached and put off scrapping the old windows because the wood frame detail was attractive. Trademark have replaced 3 bay windows and 2 other large windows. We are very pleased that the interior appearance of the UPVC windows has very similar attractive detail, and the external appearance is fine too. Your installers were very clever to take out the old and put in the new with hardly any damage to wallpaper, tiles and a worktop beneath one bay window. We feel that the house is definitely warmer, without drafts, and a more even temperature. Luckily the job was finished before the recent bad gale. The closed windows shut out external noise well. Thank you to Trademark and your skilled fitters on a very good job.

Visual installed an Orangery on our newly built property the teams were excellent from those that put in the foundations to those that finished off and snagged the end result is just fantastic an extra room at an extremely competitive cost we are the envy of our neighbours cannot recommend them enough just make sure you have plenty of tea and biscuits for the guys shame I can’t add photos

We had a sliding patio door installed which included taking out half a wall to fit it in. A big and messy job but done to a good standard and the doors look great. Lots of nice comments on them so far! 

5 Star converted the roof of our conservatory, installing a Guardian Roof. The service was excellent. Coordination of installers and other trades was very efficient. We now have use of the conservatory during both winter and summer. We are extremely satisfied with the service, installation and finished product.

Visual replaced my old windows in September and I'm incredibly happy, the lads who fitted couldn't have had a worse day.. it snowed pretty heavy, but they stayed until the job was done, they even cleaned up even though I told them it was fine given the weather, very professional nice lads. I live on a main road and the sound has been massively reduced and I love not having a breeze blow through the frames anymore. my rooms heat up much quicker now and stay warm.

The work and efficiency of this company cannot be matched. At every stage of the work from the initial contact to the final finishing Trademark were always efficient, calls were answered or call returned. The tradesmen were always polite, worked in a considerate and clean manner and it was a pleasure to be working with them. The finished work is to a high standard. At all times we were made to feel that our job was the most important. We would not hesitate to recommend Trademark Windows to any one considering considering this company.

Despite a wait of 5 months from placing my order, when Trademark turned up to take down and replace  my conservatory I could not have been happier with the result.
The workmen were extremely professional and friendly, worked well and left everything very clean and tidy at the end of each day. They went overboard to ensure that I was pleased with their workmanship.

Although the rep made an error and I didn’t get the colour door I wanted- which I d it by pick up on as only check figures! I was extremely happy with the end result. The fitters were lovely and were constantly cleaning and friendly. They also didn’t mind my 6 year old asking a million questions. 
Would recommend this company but check all details correctly as what is said is not what is written on forms!
