All the staff that we dealt with were courteous, friendly and helpful. Their advice was much appreciated and acted on. The fitters did an excellent job - not one tile was damaged during the fitting process, much to my delight. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.

Our experience with Five Star has always been very acceptable to us. The people we have worked with are always pleasant, committed and resourceful.
We feel the organisation would benefit from improved communications across the team.
All in all we have continued to return for further services as we have made improvements to our home and have been ready to recommend Five Star to others (and receive visits from prospects too)

Extremely disappointed ordinary glass was put in...
Extremely disappointed ordinary glass was put in large lounge window not toughened - second time came in ordinary glass again - third time spacer bar damaged - six weeks to put right. Not good enough. A.F.L measurement to be put on all surveys to cure problem. Surveyor terrible.
