Took far longer than it should have. Inaccurate...
Took far longer than it should have. Inaccurate timescales didn't manage expectations and finished slow. Plasterer extended work to full time and could have done more to give complete finish . Interested in extra cash, excellent electrician.

Too early to tell on "Quality" since we needed to have a leak fixed. we are rather concerned about that. I told them we have spare time and they left broken/cracked items which we had replaced by another tradesman.

Of four visits to our home (2 by Sales, 1 by Surveyor and one by Installers), three were subject to late arrival. This did not affect the outcome, but does raise a slight doubt as to whether there is too much pressure on individuals within the company. Otherwise everything we experienced was first class.
