Our overall experience with Hazlemere was excellent and I would like to add a particular note of thanks to Sean the Sales Consultant who we dealt with and to Kieran and Paul who carried out the installation. Sean was most helpful throughout and took particular trouble to highlight one potential issue which after a further visit to your showroom resulted in a variation to the contract. In addition to being cheaper for us, the end product was far better and we were very grateful to him for that. The installation was carried out most efficiently by Kieran and Paul, who were friendly and courteous thoughout and left the house and garden clean and tidy when they had finished. Overall our experience with Hazlemere restored our faith in the double glazing business. We had a particularly unpleasant experience with large national company a few years ago. Although their actual products were fine when they were finally fitted, their administration, organization, sales technique and installation methods were frankly shambolic compared to Hazlemere. We are extremely pleased with the new windows and will have no hesitation therefore in recommending Hazlemere to any potential customers in the future.

the whole process has been excellent with little upheaval. All workmen and representatives from Visual have worked to and maintained the highest standards. I have already recommended Visual to others.
