I have used Mitchell Glass over the past 10 years to replace all the windows and doors. I initially chose them because of a recommendation which I then researched online. We needed to replace our old leaking back door which was a Barn Door and so opted for a Rock Door Barn Door which is white on the inside and black on the outside. We are very very pleased with our purchase, the Rock Door is brilliant and the service we received both from the surveyor and the fitter was excellent. The fitter was actually a friend of a friend so that was nice, but even so I have to say what an excellent job he made, so punctual, quick, efficient and tidy !! We had a conservatory added to the rear of our property, and from initial contact via the website through to completion was ABSOUTELY PERFECT!! The sales agents/designer was great, very professional, calming any fears we had straight away, talking to us, not AT US.. Then from design, dealing with the formalities with the council, arranging all the different trades, surveying, everything flowed so smoothly, we didnt even really notice the work going on. We had not visited the showroom before order, but, we were evn more thrilled to see the quality of what we had ordered in the vast showroom, where we chose the tiles for the finished floor. All the trades were polite, worked cleanly, and together as a team... communication was excellent throughout from everyone concerned in the project, even the SKIP suppliers!! and the building material suppliers sent a representitive around to check they got the exact match to our house bricks. the quality and finish is superb... WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH THE PRODUCT, COMPANY, AND FINISHED CONSERVATORY... I always tell it like it is.... its great to be able to say the above :-) Would I recommend this company.....
