We were extremly happy with the whole process from start to finish. Everybody that we dealt with was pleasant, professional and punctual. The project was completed quickly with each trade following on immediately from the previous one and the end result is fantastic.

The overall experience and value for money was excellent. Installation was quick and easy, no mess as the installers cleaned up as they went along. Would certainly recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing their products

everything about our experience was good. from...
everything about our experience was good. from initial meeting to the end product. all the workmen were punctual, friendly and tried their best to keep the site clean and tied - not always easy in November.
I love my Orangery and it only took about 3 weeks from breaking ground to sitting in it.
Everything went so smoothly, a good experience from start to finish.

Very pleased with the end result - it's just what we wanted. A couple of communication blips ( the plasterer didn't realise he was supposed to make good around the inner sliding door but cheerfully did it when we asked & who was going to cut the skirting board was a bit of an issue!) We also expected someone to come when it was completed to check it all over with us & sign it off. Overall though an excellent job.

We have given five stars for everything as we genuinely cannot find fault with anything throughout the entire process. The initial contact with sales was explained thoroughly with a reasonable costing up and beating all competition.
The website, showroom and brochures are fantastic followed with excellent customer service at all levels.
The workmanship and tidiness were second to none and the overall finished product looks brilliant with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Overall 10 out of 10 and stress free to which I would finally say that I will be highly recommending West Yorkshire Windows to friends and family.
