A superb job done. Only one person let the side down which was pretty minor compared to the professionalism of all the rest.
I wish I had had this work done much earlier as it has improved my property no end.

Our overall experience with Mitchells was very positive. There were no high pressure sales techniques involved , just simple, honest assessments of the work required.
The staff were all well mannered, sociable, punctual and got on with their jobs without any undue fuss or bother.

FOR THE SECOND TIME, I HAD A WINDOW ENLARGED TO PROVIDE A BETTER VIEW OF THE REAR GARDEN. THE END PRODUCT IS GREAT, ALBEIT THE PROCESS WASN'T QUITE AS SMOOTH AS THE FIRST TIME.
THE SALES REP WAS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY REASSURING. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOW AND THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE SURROUND IS SUPERB - I AM GLAD I HAD IT DONE.

From the start to the finish of our replacement...
From the start to the finish of our replacement windows the staff were fantastic. Never before have we had such polite and tidy workers. The completed job looks terrific, I guess you can work out we were over the moon with our new look bungalow.
