I had to chase to find out when the fitting would...
I had to chase to find out when the fitting would be but I was dealt with courteously. The agreed date had to be put off due to fitting team sickness. They arrived an hour early on the new date and it was very fortunate that I was back from work.
I am pleased with the workmanship and the product but it was a bit of a hassle actually getting the fitting (ordered in Feb fitted in April.)

Customer service of the highest standard from our initial enquiry to final installation of our windows and door. We were kept in the loop at all times. Thank you to all staff including Gareth Ogle (Design Consultant), Phil Stringer (Surveyor), John and Alex (Installation, who got extremely wet on one of the days) and not forgetting your receptionist at Nantwich.
Highly professional we would have no hesitation in recommending your products and and quality workmanship, We are so happy with our new windows and doors they have certainly enhanced our property.

Hazlemere Group were recommended to us by a friend and what a recommendation, we have received first class service from day one until the completion of the contract. From the first contact with the salesman then the surveyor, the installations director and finally the installation team together with the plasterer and electrician, all have been a credit to Hazlemere Windows

Very limited experience because only requirement...
Very limited experience because only requirement was to replace an existing window with a door and window. My own builder did the necessary work preliminary to fitting. The APH contract was satisfactory executed.
