Most impressed with the Company. All the staff were most helpful and efficient. The Surveyor did a fantastic job and certainly helped to make the fitters job easier. The fitters were great and when they left you would not have known we'd had anything done - except we had two new patio doors. Roll on winter so we can test if the triple glazing makes a difference to our comfort and energy bill - here's hoping! We'd certainly recommend the Company and it's staff.

All the team who have been involved in our conservatory project have been brilliant. Corteous, professional and pleasant, a really pleasure to have around and now that the conservatory is finished I actually miss them being around. This is the second conservatory we have had from Visual (nothing wrong with the previous one, just a change of design), and I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat. The quality of their work is fantastic, and if previous work is anything to go by, their standard of aftersales care is outstanding. We love our new solid roof conservatory as it will make a huge difference to our family life. My only criticism would be that the plaster and electrician who came (outside contractors) did not have the same impecable standard of finish, punctuality and cleanliness as Visual's own guys, but may be that is because they set a very high standard that is hard to match. We will be having Visual back for our next project.
