, but the joiners just got on with the job, and the whole installation was completed on the morning. Even though we looked out dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner for the joiners, they provided everything for a perfect tidy-up afterwards.
The guys were friendly and polite, and we are so pleased with the installation results.

Having read the previous 4/5 reviews any comment here is pure repetition. Suffice to say excellent service from start to finish, including the repair of an accidental scratch to the floor. First Class thank you.

From the first visit to the showroom and throughout the whole build the staff could not be more professional . Each tradesman arrived when arranged were excellent at the job , tidy and personable. Just nice people. When we were delayed due to an outside issue the project manager stepped in and resolved the issue for us. This took 5 months in total but the end result is excellent. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Trademark recently replaced our front door and glass side panels which we could not be happier with, the quality of the door and the installers workmanship is excellent. Their customer service is second to none and starts from the initial sales meeting all the way through to installation and beyond. I could not recommend them highly enough and they will be my go to for any future window and door needs.

Although I am happy with the products, I am disappointed with the fitting and the fact that none of the issues were brought to my attention by the fitter. Two out of the four windows had long scratches on the cills which had to be replaced, the door cill had a deep gash which had to be replaced. The Solidor had not been fitted correctly and it was difficult to lift the handle and lock it. Suppliers delivered the wrong kitchen window which resulted in a delay of two weeks while we waited for delivery of the correct one but they delivered the wrong one again so another delay. Installation started 22/8/22, finished 4/11/22.

The new sliding door and windows making up one wall of our conservatory look good from the inside and outside too. The fitters were efficient, and very tidy in their work, cleaning up after themselves very well. We are delighted with the result. Thankyou.

I'd heard good things about Trademark windows and decided to use them to replace our old patio door and window for a new sliding double doors. From the initial contact to the full installation (which happened sooner than we expected) the service we received was excellent - and we cannot fault the product. So glad we chose Trademark windows.

I have used Eden Windows a number of times now and would continue to highly recommend. The latest installation was windows and a front door. We had all our windows and a set of patio doors installed by Bon Accord. We have used them previously and went back to them due to their service and prices. We would definitely recommend, we have to family and friends.
