This was my third order in appointing you to fit...
This was my third order in appointing you to fit my new windows and doors. First two were with conservatory outlet and this one was with Visual. Having been told that you are all Conservatory Outlet I was getting phone calls from Conservatory Outlet sales team who I placed my first two orders with and was told that Visual are not part of Conservatory Outlet and was informed number of time to cancel my order with them and come back to place an order with them. This was the only complaint I have for being told to cancel my order. On the day of the fitting I was pleased to see that the van which turned up was from Conservatory Outlet.

We were given a good introduction to the products...
We were given a good introduction to the products on offer, and very happy to place our order with Visual. Mark paid us a visit and we agreed a package, this was followed by a visit from their survey expert. They both were very proffesional and gave us a very good delivery date. On the agreed date the team of two arrived prompt at agreed time and despite our garden and conservatory being tricky for entry they dealt well with situation along with a lovely sense of humour. We are very pleased with the result and we intend to place a further order with Visual and will recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

Having arranged a visit to obtain a quote, the complete process provided was excellent. Staff are courteous, not pushy and only discuss your needs as requested. Access to local office and people is good.
Pricing was fair and window quality sound.
The installation was successful and any on-site issues resolved smoothly and without fuss.
Overall, a first class local supplier.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the product and the standard of finish very high, no complaints at all. At every stage , the individual tradesman ensured that things were explained and made sure that we were happy with everything. They were all very polite and tidy. Whilst Clearview were not the cheapest, after visiting their showroom we knew what we would be getting for our money and my wife and I are very pleased of the outcome.

can not find fault with work men any thing asked of them was not too much trouble advise from surveyor was great.all went very well.always left site clean and tidy.ready for nice weather to get full use of my extra room.thank you all
