Installation mishap, Tradesman damaged door. There was poor follow up on issue, I had to chase for information on rectification. Customer service could be improved.

The front door was manufactured with the hinges on...
The front door was manufactured with the hinges on the wrong side from that required and stated on the contract. There would have been a delay in completion of the installation had the customer not accepted the mistake made by the company.
The installation staff where first class and I would recommend their services to anyone if asked. Polite, punctual, friendly, very helpful and flexible in sorting any issue out
