We are really pleased with our windows and doors...
We are really pleased with our windows and doors and would thoroughly recommend 5-Star Windows and Conservatories. The installer was excellent and he never stopped working in spite of some appalling weather conditions. There was no making good to do and everything was left neat and tidy. A good job!

5Star designed and constructed a conservatory for...
5Star designed and constructed a conservatory for us.There was a considerable delay at the outset as the company delayed seeking planning permission for six weeks, which put everything behind schedule. However, once that was granted, building works began fairly swiftly. There was another slight delay before the framework was installed, but for understandable reasons. After that the conservatory was completed quickly and, on the whole, we are very happy with it. Slight disappointments are the size of the roof bosses and the quality of the window sills - we would have preferred a smooth finish rather than an orange peel one, but they are minor issues. In short we are delighted with it.

Excellent service throughout. Only slight criticism was contact when phoning the showroom - phone not always answered, had to try several times on different occasions and twice left messages and no one got back to us. Other than that absolutely thrilled with the conservatory and would definitely recommend the company. Special thanks to Ross for his initial help and guidance - the computerised drawing of the conservatory was a great help in visualising the final product and the end result was exactly as illustrated. Many thanks.
