Fitter arrived 45 min early, not been told 9am start. Alarm on garage door not refitted correctly and necessitated £110 call out from alarm company. Nonetheless, you awarded me compensation. So customer service and overall experience very good. This work was on my garage. 5star previously supplied all doors and windows to my house. Very good job.

It seems as though the situation of the ceiling windows were put in based on first drawings and not the final drawing. They said they would not fit the other way round - I don't this to be the case.

The team at 5 STAR have been great, all very helpful and have rectified any problems along the way. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the diligence of the professionals in my home (bricklayers were easy on the eye). A special thanks to Edward Westbury for advising me on my doors and taking the time to show me the warehouse so I was aware of the style. I look forward to using my extra space!
