I have used Hazlemere Windows previously on three separate occasions and have always been pleased with them and their work. This time I asked for their quotation and from three other firms. Hazlemere was very competitive on price and as I had been pleased with them previously I was happy to award them the contract this time. They have shown themselves to always be a very professional organization.

In spite of very cold weather, and working on into the dark on the final day of installation which made clearing up very difficult, we are very pleased with the replacement conservatory we have. Your organisation was most praiseworthy, the minor snags were done without any chasing up on our part and we would highly recommend your services. Above all we appreciated being given a considered fair estimate at the outset, without any time pressures to accept 'special offers'.Job well done.

Overall we are very happy with the orangery. The workmen were very polite and conscientious. Despite having a few 'snow days', the orangery was still completed quickly. Everything was organised very well and went to plan perfectly. We only had a couple of issues, one being the omission of outside steps from the plans but this was dealt with promptly (although I don't think this would have been picked up if we hadn't have mentioned something). The only points we would like to make is that the outside was not left as clean and tidy as it started. Some of this maybe down to general building works but there was quite a lot of rubbish left scattered around the garden, building debris on top of our garden furniture and there is still concrete-like residue left on the drive. I was also slightly disappointed at how promptly payment was requested. On one occasion, payment was requested on the Friday afternoon when that section of the building works was not due to be completed until the Saturday morning. Finally, with regard to this survey, the letter states that the prize draw is to win £2,500 when this website states £500!
