Unfortunately I found tidiness the one thing that let the whole experience down, I found three very sharp screws approximately 50mm long on my bathroom floor, where bare feet are most likely to be, I also found other screws in the rear bedroom. In addition plastic swarf was left in the window frames which was blown into the house as soon as a light breeze picked up. Just over a week after the installation my son presented me with a 150mm screw he found in his bedroom under his desk, this was from the window frame which was removed by your fitters. After all that I would recommend 5star to others with a suggestion that the clean up was closely monitored, the product quality is good and the 20 year warranty is worth having so my thanks to 5 star for a job well done with a small minus.

All staff from the initial visit to the showroom, the sales staff, and fitters were friendly and professional. Workmen arrived on time, worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. We have no cause to call upon 5* again as everything is now replaced but shall certainly recommend to anyone else.

Workmen never stopped, worked well as a team. no damage to inferior decoration, time allocated for the job was less than it took. No hard sell very happy with results.

Very good job all round

I was pleased with the service from the salesman, to the people in the office who kept me informed and the fitting. The installer informed me straight away that a unit had cracked and that a replacement was already on order. He completed the installation and the replacement was installed within the week first thing in the morning with minimal inconvenience to me. Communication is the key all through the process.

Even though it was more than I expected to pay the quality and workmanship of the job was excellent making it worth what I paid. Good job all round.
