The necessary paperwork, statements, installation details were all very punctual. No chasing necessary.

When paid deposit I was told windows would be fitted 19/06/15 but not fitted until 02/07/15

Some manufacturing damage on 1 UPVC door.

We were replacing front doors and windows. We made initial contact through recommendation. Staff in the showroom were very helpful and an appointment was quickly made. The salesman who came was helpful but not pushy and explained our options on the various types of fittings and windows clearly. The fitting went smoothly and the finish was excellent. The fitter was friendly and worked very hard. You will notice that I have put 4 or 5 stars throughout. There is no implied criticism in any of that. It would just be silly to give absolute perfection to any survey. The 4 stars for the tidiness of the fitter was purely down to the fact that it rained the whole time and it was difficult to keep my drive clean. This was not his fault and will right itself with time. Everything within the house was kept spotless. He used dust-sheets throughout and cleaned all of the windows thoroughly after fitting. Overall I am very happy about how smoothly the whole process went. As I advance in years I find that I dislike having any work done on my house more and more. 5 Star made the process as stress free as it can possibly be.

We have always had first class support from this installer and will certainly look forward to using them again and again for all window requirements
