I had a conservatory built by this company. As part of the work they had to move an outdoor tap to make room for the conservatory. The plumber they used worked on the plumbing inside and outside my house. I had a kitchen fitted after the work on the conservatory was finished. About 11 months after it was fitted I discovered a significant leak on the pipework that had been installed by Orion's plumber. It has damaged my new kitchen, ruining the base unit, the draw under the cooker, laminate flooring and kick boards. There is black mould on the walls behind the units which has made the kitchen smell. I complained to Orion before they changed management, they wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage. The new management won't honour the 10 year guarantee and will not take responsibility for the poor workmanship. The flags laid outside all started to move and the concrete crumbled. They did repair this though again it showed poor initial workmanship. Now the pointing on the step they built is crumbling. I would not recommend this company and would urge anyone considering this company for building work to read all the reviews on them not just on this site.

We had all our windows and doors replaced last year by a national window company. It was done to an awful standard and was an terrible experience knowing your home has been damaged and you are worse off than before the work started.

Trademark came to our rescue repairing damage, replacing all our windows and doors to a good standard and making our home weatherproof and warm. Their experience shown in repairing damage and putting in lintels where our brickwork was collapsing was excellent, they also had to contend with interior damages and again worked with us to achieve the best possible finish so we were happy. The team were lovely and helpful throughout and a pleasure to have around the house. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

Do not be fooled by TV adverts and sales patter.......stay local!

Would really recommend Amber for any work you might need doing. They have been lovely people to work with from start to finish, and any issues which have arisen have been dealt with quickly. Special mention for the fitter who came to our house - was a really lovely guy and very efficient and accommodating to our comings and goings throughout the day! 

Got my new windows fitted Livingroom/Bedroom. Very experienced 2 man team who cleaned and tidied after them. On completion we were not happy with the shape of a pelmet (personal preference) with one phone call to very helpful staff they sent out the surveyor to see our concerns within 3 days the fitters returned and changed it for us. Great service.

The 2 men were very clean and professional in the work they did at our property and did an excellent job.

A great warranty repair visit today by Mark and Ethan. They applied themselves from the get-go, did a good job and left the site spotless. An additionally impressive response when you consider our claim was made two weeks before the guarantee expired. That is good customer service.

I used Bon Accord Glass to fit 7 new windows to a 2nd floor flat. The sales experience was easy and wasn't pushy in the slightest. The contracts were clear and simple and the work was scheduled with my tenant and letting agent. I got to inspect the windows after install and before payment and was very pleased. The new windows have greatly improved the flat and have made a world of difference to my tenants. They said the trades guys were very quick, very clean, and provided excellent service. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Dave and Rhys arrived punctually, and cracked on with the job. Polite and efficient, and helped with decisions on finer points. Our house is now fully fitted with double glazing and new door. We'd choose Premier again, local friendly service, and premier products.
